Hello,Today we will talk about how to keep healthy.Now more and more people are concerned about their health problems.For example, the old, middle-aged often exercise to keep healthy. like my grandpa ,he always take exercise every morning and looks very spirit.I think we college students have health problems,too.For example,Stay up online,eating is not regularly.But unfortunately,not everyone knows the importance of health. what should we do to keep fit?

I think it is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day and breathe the fresh air.If you are busy and isn`t have time to ake exercise,I think you can walk to your office or shool instead of riding a bike or taking a bus.In this way,we have to get up early ,If not maybe late. I think we can take exercise between the lights.For example,we can spend an hour playing ball games.I think If we live in a high-rise,  we can walk upstairs or downstairs. like me ,I live in the 7th floor.

On the other hand,I think sleep for what is a man`health is very important.if we always stay up late,like that,the next day will have bad spirit.When I do homework isn`t complete, I will stay up late,the next day is absent minded  attend class and will be sleepy.so I think  sleep well can ensure energy and plenty of sleep is healthful.of course.I think that what people eat affects their health.we should have a balanced diet,eat less fat and meat and more vegetables and fruit,and then In order to eat healthily,we should  avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. in addition,we should have a meal on time.Getting rid of bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol is also an important way to keep healthy.

So, to keep  healthy we can get by take  regularly exercis,Plenty of sleep,balanced diet.These things sound easy to do, but not everyone can do it.I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.

Which is the most important thing in the world?I think it must be health.Health plays an important role in our life all the time.Good health is everything for everybody anytime.However some people think wealth is as important as health.

Have you heard of the old saying that Health is the most wealth for us.Obviously,a healthy person can do almost anything whatever they think.On the other hand,rich people will not be able to fully enjoy the wealth if they are not strong or healthy.Everything has two sides in the world.Wealthy people can buy more healthful food.They also enjoy better facilities to improve their health.So we should try to strike a blance with their viewpoint and gain wealth with healthy body.
 Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their health.But how to keep healthy?Different people may give different answers to this question.In my opinion,It is necessary to do the following:

First,it is very necessary to take more exercises everyday.Research shows that getting plenty of exercises make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder.This strengthens the heart,reduces the chance of heart attack,and helps lower blood pressure.That’s why more and more people becoming actively take part in various kinds of sports and exercises.Some people take more exercise such as shadowboxing and swordplay while others run,jog,walk,dance to music.In the afternoon,there are also many people keep on sports.Some play basketball,football,volleyball or table tennis.Therefore this people become healthier and stronger.

In order to keep healthy.I often eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins, and less meat such as beef and pork because the meat contains more fat than poultry and fish.

Getting rid of bad habits of smoking and drinking alcohol that is also important idea to keep healthy.Unfortunately few people can obey this advice.

What’s more,I think friends are also important part of one’s healthy.Studies suggest that people with a wide range of social contact less sick than those who don’t.
 As far as I know,laughing can increase the body’s ability to fight disease and can’t lead to serious health problems.It may be the best medicine to cure illness.I do suggest fifteen minutes of laughter each day.

There are several other ways to be able to keep healthy,such as getting enough rest and balancing the time spent working and playing.Some people say it makes them more productive at work and gives them more energy.

Enjoy our leisure activities as much as possible.it including things like watching television,traveling,seeing friends and on nice days we have better walk in the woods with friends or visit parks.

In a word,health is the first for everybody in the world.Better health always gives us a good emotion we need to react to an urgent situation.It can keep our bodies and minds strong.But it seems that few of people are very concerned the importance of keeping themselves’s health especially in countryside.
