當今社會不再是自給自足的，所有的人都是互相依存。只為了生存，更不用說追求與獲得幸福就這樣了，人不能缺乏與他人和諧相處的能力。在今天高度發(fā)達的社會，沒有共同努力一個人幾乎是一事無成。每一塊面包，每一件衣服，每一個房子或公寓，各種交通運輸工具都是團隊努力的結果。我們在幼兒園與其他小孩一起玩;我們在學校和我們的.同學一起學習;我們將與我們的伙伴或在工廠或公司的同事一起工作。通過團隊合作我們得到了什么，不僅是自我完善，個人成功，而且也有共同目標的的貢獻和集體榮譽感的滿足。

Tomeettheneedsofbothpersonalimprovementandthesophisticatedsociety，weshouldlearntocooperatewitheachotherandadjusttoeachother.Onlyinthiswaycanweachievesuccessesandsatisfyourselvesaswellasthesociety.

為了同時滿足個人完善和復雜的社會需求，我們應該學會互相合作和互相適應。只有這樣我們才能獲得成功，滿足自己和社會。
