方法（一）

（1）明確目的，集中精力

背誦一篇課文或者一段必須掌握的語句，最忌東張西望，漫不經心，注意力分散。如果是一篇很簡單的文字，背了幾天后仍老出錯，這肯定是用心不專的緣故。至于出現“前記后忘”的現象，則是正常的，這時千萬不要向這種暫時困難屈服而打退堂鼓。

（2）確定任務，尋找竅門

背誦一篇短文，僅僅讀幾遍是行不通的，一定要熟讀到滾瓜爛熟的程度才行。開始時可短一些，容易一些，然后作一定幅度的調整。此外，背誦時還要講究一定的技巧，熟讀課文內容，理解課文大意，不僅不會記錯和混淆，而且記住的數量也會越來越多。

（3）堅持復背，及時檢查

復習背誦的時間用得越多，記住的效果就越佳。例如，早晨背誦過的課文或知識，晚上睡前以及第二天起床后，應進行一次復背，并在每周六或周日再作適當的溫習背誦，以后過一個月再復背一次。這樣，可保證很長一段時期不會遺忘。

（4）加強默寫，強化訓練

所謂“眼過千遍，不如手抄一遍”。采取默寫手段，可有效地鞏固已經背誦了的課文和知識，而且對加深記憶大有好處。因為文字本身就是一種圖形和符號，經常默寫可幫助我們促進右腦的開發。如果能切實做到循序漸進，長期進行默寫訓練，那么一定會有助于背誦的質量和效果。

方法（二）

（1）反復閱讀與再現相結合

單純地反復閱讀效果并不好，學習者應該在文章還沒有完全記住前積極進行嘗試再現，回憶不起來時再閱讀。這樣容易記住，而且保持時間也長。特別生疏的語句，注意多嘗試再現幾次。因為嘗試再現是一種比閱讀更積極的智力活動，又是一種自我檢查的過程，使人更能集中精力，掌握識記內容的重點、難點，并及時改正記憶中的錯誤。

（2）試背

背誦過程中，如果出現“卡殼”，應該進行追憶。追憶是有意和間接再現的`形式，它需要付出很大的意志力，克服一定的困難，多方面尋找線索，進行積極靈活的思維。因此，不能一“卡殼”，就立即停止背誦。

（3）熟背

文章通過理解消化，已納入自己的知識系統，語句通過熟讀試背，也已朗朗上口，如果再反復朗讀幾遍，就能流利地背誦下來。檢查方式，除了個人和集體背誦外，還有對背，即兩人面對面同時背誦，因為有對方干擾，可鍛煉學生記憶的深刻性和正確性；提背，即打哪提，從哪背，提到哪，背到哪，可鍛煉學生記憶的準確性。

（4）默寫

這也是運用內部語言背誦的一種形式，既用腦，又動手，可加深對文章的記憶。一篇文章，就這樣一段一段地把它“吃掉”。最后，遵循“整體→部分→整體”的原則，按照背誦各段的方法，再把全篇串聯起來，進行背誦。

另外，為了使所背誦的內容長久地保持在頭腦中，以便在實踐中及時提取應用，學習者還應注意兩點：

一是遵循遺忘規律，合理安排復習。既要有天天背誦檢查，又要每周集中安排一次背誦檢查。不斷強化記憶痕跡，避免其減弱或消退。
