方法(一)
(1)明確目的,集中精力
背誦一篇課文或者一段必須掌握的語句,最忌東張西望,漫不經心,注意力分散。如果是一篇很簡單的文字,背了幾天后仍老出錯,這肯定是用心不專的緣故。至于出現“前記后忘”的現象,則是正常的,這時千萬不要向這種暫時困難屈服而打退堂鼓。
(2)確定任務,尋找竅門
背誦一篇短文,僅僅讀幾遍是行不通的,一定要熟讀到滾瓜爛熟的程度才行。開始時可短一些,容易一些,然后作一定幅度的調整。此外,背誦時還要講究一定的技巧,熟讀課文內容,理解課文大意,不僅不會記錯和混淆,而且記住的數量也會越來越多。
(3)堅持復背,及時檢查
復習背誦的時間用得越多,記住的效果就越佳。例如,早晨背誦過的課文或知識,晚上睡前以及第二天起床后,應進行一次復背,并在每周六或周日再作適當的溫習背誦,以后過一個月再復背一次。這樣,可保證很長一段時期不會遺忘。
(4)加強默寫,強化訓練
所謂“眼過千遍,不如手抄一遍”。采取默寫手段,可有效地鞏固已經背誦了的課文和知識,而且對加深記憶大有好處。因為文字本身就是一種圖形和符號,經常默寫可幫助我們促進右腦的開發。如果能切實做到循序漸進,長期進行默寫訓練,那么一定會有助于背誦的質量和效果。
方法(二)
(1)反復閱讀與再現相結合
單純地反復閱讀效果并不好,學習者應該在文章還沒有完全記住前積極進行嘗試再現,回憶不起來時再閱讀。這樣容易記住,而且保持時間也長。特別生疏的語句,注意多嘗試再現幾次。因為嘗試再現是一種比閱讀更積極的智力活動,又是一種自我檢查的過程,使人更能集中精力,掌握識記內容的重點、難點,并及時改正記憶中的錯誤。
(2)試背
背誦過程中,如果出現“卡殼”,應該進行追憶。追憶是有意和間接再現的`形式,它需要付出很大的意志力,克服一定的困難,多方面尋找線索,進行積極靈活的思維。因此,不能一“卡殼”,就立即停止背誦。
(3)熟背
文章通過理解消化,已納入自己的知識系統,語句通過熟讀試背,也已朗朗上口,如果再反復朗讀幾遍,就能流利地背誦下來。檢查方式,除了個人和集體背誦外,還有對背,即兩人面對面同時背誦,因為有對方干擾,可鍛煉學生記憶的深刻性和正確性;提背,即打哪提,從哪背,提到哪,背到哪,可鍛煉學生記憶的準確性。
(4)默寫
這也是運用內部語言背誦的一種形式,既用腦,又動手,可加深對文章的記憶。一篇文章,就這樣一段一段地把它“吃掉”。最后,遵循“整體→部分→整體”的原則,按照背誦各段的方法,再把全篇串聯起來,進行背誦。
另外,為了使所背誦的內容長久地保持在頭腦中,以便在實踐中及時提取應用,學習者還應注意兩點:
